Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Telegram social media posting assistant provided by Venturion AI ("the Service").

What the Service does

The Service prepares social media posts from the content and details you provide and publishes them to the accounts you connect, only after you tap Approve.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to use any content you send and to post on the accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for checking every post before approving it, including any text or visuals created with AI.
• You must follow the rules of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. If a subscription ends, posting stops and your settings are kept so you can resume later, unless you delete your data.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available, or that a platform will accept every post. Platforms can change their rules at any time.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Venturion AI is not liable for indirect losses or for content you approved.
