Privacy Policy

Venturion AI provides a Telegram-based social media posting assistant ("the Service"). This policy explains what data the Service handles and why.

Data we collect

• Telegram details: your Telegram chat ID and first name, so the Service can talk to you.
• Business details you give us, such as your business name, logo and brand preferences.
• Content you send: photos, videos and text you send to the Service to create posts.
• Connected social accounts: when you choose to connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or X, we receive the account ID, account name and an access token issued by that platform. We never see or store your passwords.
• Post results: whether each post was published and the ID the platform returns.

How we use it

Only to create posts for you and, after you tap Approve, publish them to the accounts you connected. Nothing is ever published without your explicit approval in Telegram. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

To deliver the Service we use Telegram (messaging), the social platforms you connect (Meta, TikTok, X) to publish your posts, AI service providers that help generate captions and visuals, and our hosting provider. They receive only what is needed for that purpose.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted. Media files are stored on our server under random, unguessable names so the platforms can fetch them when publishing.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while you use the Service. You can delete everything at any time by sending /delete_my_data to the bot, or by emailing us. See our data deletion instructions. You can also remove our access from within Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X settings at any time.
